The Big Horn 14335 Urethane Band Saw Replacement Tires are designed to restore smooth blade tracking and consistent cutting performance on 14-inch woodworking band saws. Manufactured from durable urethane, these tires provide a secure and slip-resistant fit that stays in place without the need for adhesive. The flexible material allows for easier installation while maintaining firm tension once seated on the wheel. A uniform 1-inch width and 1/8-inch thickness help support stable blade alignment and reduced vibration during operation. Supplied as a convenient two-pack, these replacement tires are ideal for refreshing worn or damaged band saw wheels. Designed for use on popular 14-inch band saws from Delta, Grizzly, Jet, Powermatic, and similar manufacturers.

Steps to Install:
- Remove wheel from saw, This greatly eases installation of the tire.
- Take old tire off wheel by prying it off with a flat bladed screwdriver, being careful not to damage wheel.
- Wash and clean wheel thoroughly making sure that the face of the wheel where the new tire will fit is free of any bumps or pitch built-up that could cause a high spot on the tire when installed.
- Hook new tire in groove and use a wooden dowel to roll the tire onto the wheel.
- Roll dowel around wheel under tire a couple of complete turns to equalize tension on tire.
- Remove dowel being careful not to get fingers pinched when the tire snaps into groove.
- Install wheel back on saw in same location as before.
Note: Always keep tires clean with Bandsaw Blade Cleaner. This will improves tire life and also help your blades to last longer.
