MLCS Rocky 30 Trim Router with Fixed Based:

• MLCS Rocky 30 Trim Router with Fixed Based is a variable speed compact Laminate Trimmer or Palm Router. High Performance Motor. Small Convenient Operation. Improved base now included, accepts Porter-Cable type template guides. The 1-HP motor speed is adjustable from 10,000 rpm to 32,000 rpm via a speed control dial on the top of the motor housing. Etched into the aluminum housing is a 1" long rule marked in 1/16" and 1mm increments. The double insulated motor features a spindle-locking button to facilitate single wrench bit changes. The metal base uses a rack and pinion system to adjust the height of the motor and a flip lever to lock the motor at the desired height. In addition, a rubber pad partially wraps the base to provide a positive gripping surface when holding the router in your palm. This router motor utilizes ER11 collets.

• Plate Size: 150 mm x 250 mm. Approx: 5-7/8 x 9-13/16 inch.
• Crafted from CNC machined Heavy Duty Aluminum, the insert plate boasts exceptional flatness. It incorporates 4 set screws for precise leveling adjustments.
• This router lift has a height adjustment range of 2.25 inch and has a very fine micro adjustment capability. Included with this router lift are 2 insert rings, offering optimal stock support for the use of various sizes of router bits.
• The sizes of the insert rings include 1.75" opening , and .7" opening. A ring wrench is also included for easy ring changes.
