Two adjustable support fences hold the workpiece securely at 45 degrees while the rigid 1/2" melamine-coated MDF base provides stable support during routing. The adjustable fence opening accommodates workpieces up to 8-1/2" wide and expands to 15-1/2" when the fences are removed for larger assemblies. Compatible with straight, spiral, and dovetail router bits, this jig produces both traditional spline slots and locking dovetail profiles for increased joint strength and decorative contrast. Dual vertical handles keep hands safely positioned while providing controlled movement across the router table for consistent and repeatable results.
